Cut 0.2.0-rc16

Cut 0.2.0-rc16 rc13, rc14 and rc15 all ship an --uninstall that runs upstream Zed's script verbatim: it deletes /Applications/Zed.app and Zed's data, prints 'Zed has been uninstalled', and removes no Omega path. It destroyed a real Zed installation on this machine during the fix's own falsification. rc16 is the first candidate carrying the rewritten uninstall, the five brand classes verify-omega-brand could not see (rendered --help of every shipped binary, the OpenRouter X-Title header, the keymap template, and Contents/MacOS/cli, which no packaged check had ever opened), the three harness checks that could not fail, and the two defects the owner hit in rc15: a vanished agent session reported as a launch failure, and the component preview rendering one sidebar-width wider than its pane.
