Photograph the harness maintenance row a person reads (omega#81) `OMEGA-DELTA-0033`. The gap omega#81 stayed open for was that every maintenance decision existed and nothing rendered one, so the proof it is closed has to be a picture of the row rather than an assertion about a type. `external_agent_harness_maintenance` registers two registry agents, writes their installed trees into the directories the launch path measures, attests one and freezes the other at 1.0.0 while the registry advertises 1.1.0 — through the same `reprobe_installed_harness` and `pin_installed_harness` the settings buttons call — then opens Settings at External Agents and captures the window. Nothing is synthetic state handed to a widget: what the picture shows is what the enforcement path decided. The runner now redirects `paths::data_dir` into a temporary directory. A visual test that exercises real on-disk state would otherwise write pins and receipts into the developer's own Omega installation. It also closes settings windows an earlier test left open, because `OpenSettingsAt` reuses one and an earlier test's window is bound to a project with no external agents. No baseline image is committed. This repository carries none for any visual test, and a 0.99-threshold bitmap taken on one machine's fonts and GPU would go red elsewhere for reasons that are not about this code.
