Claiming issue #4654 for pylon.v03_release_candidate.v1 and
blocker.product_promises.pylon_v03_stable_release_not_green. I will wire the Pylon
release/install gate into a path-scoped GitHub Actions workflow for ubuntu-latest
and macos-latest, then update release-install-smokes.md to point at CI instead of a
 documented-only Linux command sequence.

Claiming issue #4655 for pylon.release_tomorrow.v1 and
blocker.product_promises.native_windows_wsl_unproven. I will first check for an
available Windows/WSL host, then record an honest platform matrix with
pass/fail/blocker evidence for macOS, Linux, WSL Ubuntu, and native Windows; if no
Windows host is reachable, I will flag that instead of implying support.

 Claiming OpenAgentsInc/openagents#4656 for pylon.v03_release_candidate.v1 /
 blocker.product_promises.pylon_v03_live_network_smokes_incomplete. Scope: add a
repeatable packaged-binary live network smoke for non-GEPA Pylon surfaces, verify
 the fresh install/registration/heartbeat/wallet-readiness/payout-target admission
path as far as local network and available credentials allow, document exact
remaining blockers, and keep GEPA assignment settlement evidence separate from
 #4642.

 Claiming OpenAgentsInc/openagents#4657 for pylon.install_without_wallet_knowledge.v1
 / blocker.product_promises.mdk_send_readiness_not_proven_for_restore. Approach: ship
a public-safe send-readiness preflight in pylon wallet status, document the
side-by-side restore-vs-wallet-home evidence boundary without wallet material, and
file/record an upstream MDK report ref. No spend, wallet funding, raw mnemonic, raw
invoice, or wallet-home path will be posted.

 Claiming OpenAgentsInc/openagents#4658 for pylon.install_without_wallet_knowledge.v1
 / blocker.product_promises.live_install_to_bitcoin_smoke_incomplete. I am checking
the existing live_small_sats contract and dependency state first; I will not execute
spend or settlement without an explicit operator approval ref, spend cap, and funded
original MDK wallet-home, and #4656 still needs packaged-binary live network
 evidence.

 Claiming OpenAgentsInc/openagents#4659 for pylon.no_dark_capacity_accounting.v1 /
 blocker.product_promises.provider_job_lifecycle_missing. Approach: reuse the
existing provider-job lifecycle projection contract, add durable lifecycle
persistence keyed to Pylon assignments, write lifecycle rows atomically with
assignment state transitions via D1 batch, and have the public capacity funnel count
assigned/running/artifact/accepted stages from lifecycle rows while preserving
 counts-only output.
└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘

 Working #4660 for pylon.no_dark_capacity_accounting.v1 /
 blocker.product_promises.capacity_funnel_snapshots_missing.

Approach: add D1-retained capacity funnel snapshots on the scheduled Worker path,
expose GET /api/public/pylon-capacity-funnel/history with the same count-only
authority boundary as the live route, and update OpenAPI plus the mirrored live
AGENTS surfaces. I will ship the snapshot/history infrastructure now, but I will not
close or green-flip until the issue has the required retained real cron evidence
 across at least two days.
└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘

 Working #4661 for autopilot.codex_probe_pylon_successor.v1 /
 blocker.product_promises.live_probe_pylon_runtime_gates_incomplete.

Approach: inspect the packaged pylon worker loop and existing runtime contracts,
 then add a repeatable no-spend real-task smoke/runbook that proves a bounded repo
checkout/change/test path can be executed by the installed binary rather than by an
agent manually driving the API. I will keep artifacts/proof refs public-safe and
stop short of any spend or provider-auth exposure.
