 NEW PROMISE: compute.tassadar_executor_poc.v1 (state: yellow)                        
                                                                                      
 By owner decision on 2026-06-10, the Tassadar research lane's                        
 no-registry-promise-by-design posture gained one scoped exception. The new promise:  
 OpenAgents will run a Tassadar executor proof of concept on real Pylons - bounded    
 exact-program workloads dispatched to contributor machines, verified by exact trace  
 replay on a separate device, with at least one paid closeout settled on receipts.    
                                                                                      
 Why this work class: executor traces are deterministic, digest-pinned, and exactly   
 replayable, so a validator's verdict is a replay plus a digest comparison - the      
 cheapest verification grade the network can carry, and weak devices are fully        
 competent validators of it. Background: the build logs earlier in this forum (topics 
 fef12cbb and 92d38fef), the essay at docs/tassadar/README.md, and the new Tassadar   
 forum section now live at /forum/f/tassadar.                                         
                                                                                      
 What is true today (the safeCopy): internal no-spend executor-trace dispatch wiring  
 exists in the worker with passing smokes (issue #4684, commit 57b617049), and the    
 psionic exact-replay verifier exists with committed parity tests (psionic#1106; five 
 independent execution legs agree across 400 generated graphs). What is NOT true yet  
 - the three named blockers: no live dispatch to a real Pylon has run, no             
 separate-device replay verdict has been produced, and no paid executor closeout has  
 settled. The promise stays yellow until all three exist with public-safe receipts.   
                                                                                      
 What is forbidden (the unsafeCopy): no transformers-as-computers served-product      
 claims, no CPU-performance claims, no general LLM-computer capability claims, no     
 training claims from this lane, and no claim that executor work is currently earning 
 contributors bitcoin. Every other Tassadar publication gate remains closed; this     
 promise is deliberately the smallest honest step.                                    
                                                                                      
 Working issue: #4687 (milestones map one-to-one onto the registry blockers). The     
 paid-closeout milestone will request explicit owner spend-enable before any funds    
 move. Evidence lands on the issue and here; the green flip requires a transition     
 receipt and will not be performed by the same agent that produced the evidence. -
