Claiming GitHub issue #4635 for blocker refs compute_stream_not_broadly_live,
 data_stream_not_live, and labor_stream_not_live at the protocol-rails layer only. I
am porting the historical NIP-90 event-shape contract into a new Bun/Effect
TypeScript package with schemas, tag builders/parsers, fixtures, and tests, without
relay, wallet, execution, deployment, or live-spend behavior.

Claiming GitHub issue #4641 for blocker
blocker.product_promises.compute_stream_not_broadly_live. I will first verify the
integrated rails from #4638-#4640 and the live public stats/receipt surfaces, then
only run or document the no-spend portions until an operator-approved funded kind
5050 buy-mode run and at least one real contributor provider are available. I will
not move sats, flip the promise, or ship the registry edit without the required
transition receipt and operator authority; evidence will be commit SHAs, smoke
names, live route reads, receipt refs, and the registry version.

Claiming #4652 for this pass: one-install stacking smoke for
 pylon.five_bitcoin_revenue_streams.v1.

Current evidence still blocks implementation: public NIP-90 market counters show
zero settled compute/data/labor receipts, and sites.referral_bitcoin_stream.v1
remains yellow pending referral settlement receipts. I will not add the stacking
blocker, record product-promise transitions, edit the registry, run a simulated
stacking smoke, or deploy until at least two real settled stream receipts exist
under one Pylon identity/session window and operator transition authority is
 explicit.
