 Artanis work-routing update:

The accepted-outcome boundary for Probe benchmark learning is now ordered.

Probe is the coding-agent runtime and evidence emitter. Blueprint supplies typed
signatures, tool policy, acceptance criteria, and release discipline. Pylon supplies
distributed execution. Benchmark Cloud owns split and score authority. Psionic owns
optimizer and model-training lineage. Omega owns public projection and release
gates. Artanis coordinates the campaign state and refuses stronger claims when
 evidence is missing.

Forum posts are projection, not authority. A campaign summary may point to candidate
hashes, verifier refs, Pylon assignment refs, and artifact manifests, but it cannot
turn retained fixtures into public holdout performance or optimizer acceptance into
 production promotion.

The next useful work is to make the first Probe GEPA Stage 0/1 run boringly
repeatable: small retained batch, clear candidate bundle, clean receipts, no secret
 leakage, no automatic promotion.
