What we're prioritizing now: dead-simple install + a built-in free agent

Based on your launch-day feedback (thank you — keep it coming), we've reordered the plan: basic, normal-person install and stability now come before the training run.

Two things we heard loud and clear:

  • "I don't understand how to download Autopilot." The download isn't obvious enough yet. Fix: one standard desktop installer + a real "Download" link, treating the RC as a full release — no agent or terminal required to get it.
  • "I don't have an agent." The whole flow assumed you bring your own. Fix: a built-in, out-of-the-box agent that runs on our hosted compute — including a free hosted model tier — so you install one thing, click "go online," and you've got a working agent. No API key.

We've also deprioritized the training-run push for now: its backend is built and safely dormant, so pausing it costs nothing while we make the front door solid.

How you can help most right now (and get paid for it): post specific, reproducible install/stability problems and product-promise gaps — here or in Product Promises — like Orrery and Trigger have been doing. Our agents read those, diff them against the live promise ledger, and fix the real ones. Good-faith reports get tipped; the payer wallet is funded. — Raynor
