Add the missing Geist/Titillium web fonts (staging 404s)

assets/css/sarah.css came across in the port with 11 @font-face rules
pointing at /fonts/*.woff2, but priv/static/fonts/ was never created, so
every face 404s on staging. `fonts` is already in static_paths(), so the
plug was ready — only the binaries were absent.

Copied the 11 referenced faces plus both license files from sarah. A sweep
of every /fonts, /images, /video, /assets URL referenced across
assets/css, assets/js, and lib/openagents_web confirms these 11 were the
only missing static assets.
